Why don't I see the same deal on your website that I see advertised on Social Media (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.)?
Our posts/advertisements usually go viral. Most times the posts are still shared and liked by fans. We cannot stop how this works so you may still see a deal that we no longer have on our site.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All items are subject to a handling period. Our in stock items leave our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Once the order has been processed a shipping confirmation email will be sent out. For printed items (apparel, phone cases, tablet cases, tote bags, etc.) it may take up to 7 business days to leave the warehouse. These items are printed on demand so it depends on the volume of orders. Please understand that these times may be longer during the holiday season. Out of stock items leave the manufacturer within 7 business days. Our manufacturers are worldwide so shipping times may vary. While we try to keep all items on our store in stock, some items become very popular and our shipments can not keep up with the demand. We have made arrangements with our manufacturers to ship directly to our customers in these situations. This cuts down on the wait time for our customers.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Printed items (apparel, phone cases, tablet cases, tote bags, etc.) should be received within 2-3 weeks of your order date. Other in stock items should be received within 7-10 business days. For out of stock, specialty and giveaway items, please allow 4-6 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
Where do my items ship from?
Our warehouse is located in the USA. All in stock items ship from Michigan. Printed items (apparel, phone cases, tablet cases, tote bags, etc.) are printed on demand and ship from various locations in the USA. If an item runs out of stock, some of our manufacturers are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, China, etc. and the item will ship from there.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally.
Will I have to pay for the return shipping if I decide to return my item?
Yes. Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for all processing fees and shipping costs back to our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy on all of our items. Your return policy begins the day your merchandise is delivered. Return shipping cost(s) are the responsibility of the customer; please contact us for a return authorization number. Items must be in original packaging. There may be a 25% restocking fee for returned items. Shipping is nonrefundable. Please review our Return Policy here.
Why does my shirt seem to be missing some printing?
Some of our shirts are printed using the sublimation process. This process basically takes a large paper soaked with ink that is then placed over a polyester fabric and is heated to a temperature around 180 to 210 C (375 F). These shirts will have small imperfections around the armpits, seams, and any stretched spots on the shirts. Therefore each shirt is unique. All sublimation print shirts are printed on the front side only unless stated otherwise.
Why isn't my item received at the estimated delivery date?
If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, it may be lost. Items shipped via a traceable method (such as USPS) have tracking information available. Please check the tracking information and read through the options. Contact our support to see if they can assist you in tracking the package down.
Is there a limit on the free items?
Occasionally we offer free items as promotions. There is a limit to one free item per order on these promotions.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
Please check your SPAM folder to see if the email is in there. If there isn't one then please contact support and they can verify if your order went through and resend the confirmation email.
Do I receive a tracking number for my order?
If the order is shipped via a traceable method (such as USPS) then you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track the package. If the order is shipped without tracking then the email will confirm that the package has been shipped but will not include a tracking number or link.
Why does my tracking number not work?
As soon as the shipment label is printed an email is sent out with the tracking number and link to track the package. The shipping company may not have scanned the package into their system yet. Please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display.
Why did I only receive 1 item when I ordered more than that?
Items may be shipped separately due to being located in different warehouses. You may receive one before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once. They will all get to you.
